Light painting

I like the light painting a lot. I saw it at the first time at one photo and thought it was made on photoshop. But after Sara's class where we did some light painting I understood how could I do it without photoshop. Its pretty cool.

I like those 3 photos which I really like.
1st Photo
I like this photo because of all those crazy lines and the big bright star.
The small fine lines on left corner give some cool and get crazy feeling.

2nd Photo
This photo has a awesome contrast. The light on the right corner gives the feeling like...something awesome happens.
and the exact people and lines good.

3rd Photo
At this photo I like the cool cold feeling. Those all blue colors transfer you direct to the big sea. And if somebody doesn't know how to create those blue lines he will be amazed.

Lines

This assignment was pretty cool because at the first time I thought, wow lines where can I find lines but later when I tried to take some pictures I noticed that there is a lots of lines in our world.
In every subject we can find a structure.

He is an awesome wedding photographer.
You can be lucky if he takes photo at your wedding but if he is going to take photos than you should start to save money right now!!!!

2nd Day of School

Hi all together.

I'm Thomas and my Nickname is Tame.
Last year I moved from Germany to Canada and I love Canada a lot. I just miss my friends and the food.

I studied Business before I came to Canada and I don't want do it again because the rules and other things is not the same. So I had to learn it again and forget what I learned.
I decided to learn something new and it's Photography. My friend had an SLR Camera and I liked it to take Pictures with it. Why I choose PrairieView is another question.
Some days I was at DonsPhoto and saw the brochure of PrairieView and I liked the Pictures. I gone to my friend and told him "Hey, did you see this nice brochure with nice Pictures in it?" "I didn't but I know where the school in Winnipeg is" answered he. "This is a brochure about a school?I didn't read it, I just looked at the pictures and thought it's a print shop or something else." After this conversation I read this book and decided to go to this school. I was scared they will not take me because of my bad English but somehow I convinced them that I can do it. So here I am.

I'm very interested in Wedding shooting and portraits because I love to work with people.
After College I want to go to Germany for one or two month and shoot some weddings.
I hope and pretty sure that in 10 month my knowledge and skills are good to take better picture and understanding how light does work.

One of my worst experience which I made was at a wedding. They paid me very well and my job was just to take Snap shoots. At the morning they had a Photographer and they got their nice poses pictures. Back to my bad and worst experience. I bought 2 weeks ago the Pentax 540 GZ because I had some problems with light and thought with a flash I will not have this problem anymore. The Wedding was on Saturday and on Friday night I checked my equipment and I recognized that my Camera broke down. Somehow it didn't read my SD Card. Can you imagine how nervous and stressed I was? On Saturday night I drove from Steinbach to Winnipeg (ca. 1 hour) and bought a new body at Future shop. Drove back home and dressed me up for wedding. I came 5 minutes earlier than the bridal couple came. At this time I couldn't check out the rooms and how bright they are. So the ceremony started and I didn't know in which condition of light I will shoot. It was horrible. Without a flash I would get only crap but the problem was I wasn't that good taking pictures with flash. I tried with bouncing flash light to shoot but it was hard. At the end of this day I got a head attack. This was my worsts experience.
